BeautyODM is committed to providing transparent, fair, and trustworthy supplier information so that global buyers can make confident purchasing decisions.

Although BeautyODM does not directly sell or ship products, we require all partnered suppliers to follow fair and clear return and warranty standards.This policy explains how returns work on our platform and what buyers can expect.

We want every user to feel 100% confident in their sourcing decisionsThat’s why BeautyODM offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, allowing you to initiate a return request with the supplier within 30 days of receiving your equipment.

30-Day Supplier Guarantee

All suppliers listed on BeautyODM must provide buyers with a 30-day evaluation period, meaning customers have 30 days after receiving the product to request a return or refund directly from the supplier.

BeautyODM monitors supplier performance to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for supplier return approval, the following conditions generally apply:

  • The product was purchased directly from the supplier listed on BeautyODM.

  • The product must remain in original condition unless the issue is related to defects, damage, or incorrect delivery.

  • All accessories, manuals, packaging, and promotional items should be included when returning.

Buyers must contact the supplier for authorization before returning any item.

Returnable Situations (Within 30 Days)

Buyers may request a return from the supplier under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects or workmanship issues

  • Damage during shipping (verified by logistics documentation)

  • Received incorrect model, specification, or color

  • Product does not meet expectations within 30 days, and the supplier’s policy allows return of unused machines

Each supplier may offer additional return rights depending on their policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are typically non-returnable:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or unauthorized modification

  • Consumable or wearable components (e.g., tips, filters, lenses, handles), unless defective upon arrival

  • Customized OEM/ODM equipment (except manufacturing defects)

  • Products not purchased from suppliers listed on BeautyODM

  • Items outside the supplier’s return window

BeautyODM does not determine refund eligibility; this is managed solely by the supplier.

Return Process

If you believe your product qualifies for a return:

1.Contact the supplier directly using the details provided in your order confirmation.

2.Provide the supplier with:

  • Order number

  • Product model

  • Issue description

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

3.The supplier will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the request meets their conditions.

4.BeautyODM can help facilitate communication, but the supplier makes the final approval.

BeautyODM does not issue RMA numbers and cannot approve or deny returns.

Refund Processing

Once the supplier receives and inspects the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed according to the supplier’s official return policy.

  • Refunds will be issued using the buyer’s original payment method.

  • Processing times depend on the supplier and the buyer’s financial institution.

BeautyODM does not receive or hold customer payments, so we cannot issue refunds directly.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Depending on the situation:

Supplier Pays Return Shipping If:

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Manufacturing defects occurred

  • Supplier made an operational error

Buyer Pays Return Shipping If:

  • Wrong model/specification ordered by buyer

  • Buyer changed their mind

  • Buyer wants to return unused product without defects (based on supplier policy)

Shipping policies may vary by supplier.

Warranty & Service Support

All warranty terms are provided by the supplier.

Common coverage includes:

• 1–2 year warranty for core components

• Lifetime technical support

• Free remote diagnostics and training
